Jared Brosch, MD, MSc
Jared Brosch, MD, MSc is a ABPN Neurologist who joined the Indiana Alzheimer Disease Center in July 2014. Dr. Brosch is originally from Huntertown, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering also from Purdue University. Dr. Brosch published research on functional MRI imaging while at Purdue University. He went on to work for an Indianapolis-based company, Piezotech LLC, where he was the Manager of Engineering and new product development. The company made ultrasound medical devices among other products. Dr. Brosch holds 3 U.S. patents from his work there. After 5 years he returned to medical school where he graduated with honors, completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, and a Neurology residency at Indiana University. During residency Dr. Brosch worked closely with other physicians at the IADC and chose to dedicate his career to helping patients and families with Alzheimer’s disease, as well as advancing research in an effort to find a cure. Dr. Brosch has authored several journal articles and book chapters, and enjoys helping advance knowledge in Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis and care.
